Jim Beckner will speak on "The 16 Confederate Veteran Homes After
the Late Great Unpleasantness."
April 14-
Doug Seneker will deliver a talk about "Fort Lincoln, KS" and
why it is important in the history of Cass County. Also, we will be
enthralled with a discussion of "Missing Towns on the MO/KS Border".
May 4-
Our partner group the MO/KS Border War Network will present skits
on events that occurred in and around Cass County during the War.
June 8-
This is the last meeting of the year. It is traditionally our
picnic which will be held at the Burnt District Monument on Highway 2
in front of the Cass County Justice Center.
